Hey almond butter lovers out there! Almonds are a typically bitter tasting nut, but with coconut added this sweetens up the almonds perfectly with a balanced flavour of both ingredients. It definitely won't dry out like your regular almond butter and is a one of a kind product in New Zealand.
Dry Roasted Almonds, Coconut
The coconut nut butters are handmade in small batches. They have a Best Before date sticker of 1 year from the day they are freshly made.
Stir well before eating as naturally occurring oils will separate and rise to the top. If you prefer a firmer spread try popping it in the fridge or store upside down. Always keep CocoMaNuts in a cool dark place away from the sun.
As all the nut butters are roughly 30% coconut flesh the consistency will be different based on the temperature in the room. In summer time or if stored in a warm room your nut butter will be very runny - definitely the perfect drizzle! In winter time you'll notice it can set and completely solidify. Not to worry though - pop your jar in the microwave for a few seconds or run it under some hot water to get the dreamy consistency back.
May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts. Nut butters are manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, gluten and sesame seeds.
