Judi and Jean are from a lifestyle block, Pukorokoro, in Miranda, Firth of Thames. The magic happens in our purpose built kitchen, the only modern part of the manufacturing process. Products are made using the old method of the chopping board, knife and peeler, cooked in a big pot.
Inspired by recipes from ages ago, we've created a delicious range that not only tastes good but are free from the additives and fillers that you find in commercially made brands.
